Taco Bell — Restaurant in Caernarvon Township

I want to say that this Taco Bell is typically a good choice.........that is if you get there before the sun goes down. As a rule of thumb for me Taco bell is a lunch option and if you visit this store at this time of day you will probably have a good experience. Now go there after dark it's a whole different story I went there once a few months ago for dinner with my daughter after a school activity because time was limited. The order took an incredible time to come out and although I could not see in the back my daughter claimed the problem was the staff messing around even throwing food at each other.

Tonight was a new low. My daughter once again had a school activity and wanted Taco Bell afterwards. We ordered online. When we arrived no one acknowledged we were ther for at least 5 minutes. Once we did they told us we must have ordered at a different store. Then they checked again and magically the order reappeared. They gave us our cups and went to work on the order. I could have gone across to Wallmart got the supplies made the tacos and driven back before the team of 4 manged to produce the order which was 6 tacos 2 orders of nachos and cheese and a cup of potatoes.

I don't know what happens after the lunch crew leaves. One unlucky employee has to make all of the food and three others watch. After our food came out we ate there and watched a walk in customer come in. They stood at the counter with absolutely no response from staff for what seemed like an eternity. We finished up threw away our trash and left while the poor soul still stood unacknowledged at the counter. We prayed for her hoping she wasn't in any hurry and promised ourselves no more Taco Bell if the...

Taco Bell has always been one of my "Go To" fast food favorites since I was a teenager. One of my best friends who also loved Taco Bell even got a job there because we went so frequently! Of course we went more often after that & used his employee discount to help that cause.

Over all the years since then, dropping in to a Taco Bell for an inexpensive, fast & tasty meal (unch, dinner or the late night snack) has been a regular occurrence. It has been one of the top stops on my "road trip restaurant" list for business travel, especially when I was on the road driving between military installations to meet with my first responder customers. Get it quick & get back on the road, usually for a few hours. Great quick snack to hold me over.

We ordered the build your own cravings box 2 of them. Well let's just say it wasn't good at all. The crunch wrap supreme was flat like a pancake. There was basically nothing in it. I have the pictures to show. The beefy 5 layer burrito was nothing but a been burrito with little in in. Or all wrap. This was on both meals. I have ordered this before at other Taco Bells . And this was not good. It wasn't worth me driving back to this location 30 minutes away. Very disappointed with this location. You need to better train your employees to make the food as shown.
