We have been MetroPCS customers for close to 10 years. We started out paying $25 a month with a limit and now pay a little over $35 for each line for unlimited data unlimited text. That is an excellent deal however in the past for months or so the service has become horrible. I have a hard time keeping Internet as I'm driving down the road most times I have a hard time using video messenger apps because my internet is so slow or won't even connect at all. I don't know if it is the merger with T-Mobile but we are now looking for another prepaid phone service which will probably cost us more. We used to be very pleased about the price we paid for what we received in service however it doesn't matter what we pay if there is no service at all.

Read moreI wouldn't recommend this Metro store to anyone! The customer service is TERRIBLE! I went in to upgrade my phone. I got there at 6:00pm. There were people in line ahead of me so I sat down and waited. I waited for an hour. When it was finally my turn the guy said that they close at 7pm and would not be able to help me that day. After I sat there and waited an hour!!! I was there an hour before they closed and waited patiently just to be told he couldn't help me because it was 7:08 pm!
