Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

Ordered a large hot and ready pizza for me and my friend, lady answers the phone, as soon before I tell her my order. I was on hold because they were “busy”. Waited 15 minutes for to be answered. Finally I got answered but then a rude young little worker answers and I tell her my order.she says ok and said it would be ready in ten minutes.I sat in the parking lot with my friend for 25 minutes because they were doing nothing, I got my pizza and it was cold. Like Antarctica. I called the people again and argued with them how it took 25 instead of 10 and how it was cold and why was there a rude lady on the phone. I got refunded. Maybe the should actually work then stare at a restaurant. Never eating there...

(March 2025 update) Our last two orders were disappointing. Both times there wasnt as much extra cheese as before. I hope this wont be a standard now. Both the cheese and pep were not evenly spread on top as well, so some pieces had more toppings than others (End)

Five stars for the staff and the food. I took a star off because you can only get extra toppings once. Instead of extra, extra cheese, only extra cheese is allowed. I wish the owner would let us ask for however much we want (as long as we pay for it of course). But even offering to pay for all the extra extras isn't allowed.

We have been visiting this restaurant for many years; but ever since they let the dining room staff go, it's gotten sad. Our kids love the food and the arcade area. I don't want to complain too much; because we consider it fortunate to still be able to host small family birthday parties here. The employees are overwhelmed, or maybe just unhappy; because I always feel like I'm bothering them-even to ask for utensils, or a trash bag to clean up our own tables (which is more than most people do). I hope there is a way to invest a little more money into the upkeep/infrastructure; because I would hate to lose the good memories we have...
