Culver’s — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

Owosso Culvers: It's taking me about 15 times of it happening before I came here to wrote a review about it. Fed up. If my son didn't love culvers so much I would have never went there ever again. There's a problem EVERYTIME. I'm always getting fries instead of cheese curds. And I order everything separately and pay more so it stops happening. It didn't. They forget the concrete mixer everytime I'm in the drive through. I've never spent less than 30 minutes... trying to get his one burger, cheese curds and ice cream. Why is that so hard? So last night, the final straw that leads me here. I wait and wait I get my one burger, and it's freaking fries in there instead of the cheese curds. They are busy I worked in customer service all my life and so instead of going to complain I pay another $8 for the cheese curds so it could just be quick and I could get out of there. I stood there waiting and waiting and waiting. I watched my cheese curds get bumped off the screen so that they could claim they were sent out. While I watched the cheese curds sit in the window.... So they sat there and sat there and I finally asked, what seemed like the blonde manager girl with glasses..., If I could please get those cheese curds that have been sitting in the window. By this time I was at 35 minutes to get a to go order of one burger and 1 cheese curd. She gave me such an attitude. "I need to make sure it's not for another order." Then I'm apologizing to HER for ME being a pain... and she says nothing. No sorry, no nothing. So I said," you know I'm actually not sorry, cause I wouldn't have been in here if my order I got 20 minutes ago was right the first time. I even paid for cheese curds I already paid for take it easy on u guys! It's so frustrating... its not cheap. And something is wrong every single time. That girl needs to learn how to speak to customers. Ive ran Food service for years and years, and so with an educated background... I say, she...

Well first throw I didn’t get my drink and the girls said are you sure we didn’t give you one and looked in my car to make sure I was telling her the truth so then she went and and got me my drink and I questioned because I ordered the inside I didn’t want the cooler I didn’t want the one with the ice cream I wanted the strawberry lemonade frozen as well I need to see your receipt you know I’m getting to the point with people I’m tired of feeling like they never believe anything you say they always have to question what happened to the customer is always right and I know that what I wanted was not any more expensive if not cheaper I don’t know how I feel about coming back the last time when I get a milkshake there and I said something about it being watery she told me that that was just the way they come but I go to other covered and they’re not that way so I don’t know if I really want to ever come back to...

I travel for a living and unfortunately have to eat a lot of fast food. Culver's is my go-to option for finding quality food on the road, in particular compared to McDonald's, Burger King, etc. Quality food and a HUGE variety of food. However...the food is the same at all Culver's! It's the service that matters most.

This new Culver's I had to try. Heck, who doesn't like trying a new restaurant...even if it is already your favorite franchise? I expected caos and bad service because the staff has got to be new. Instead, the service was EXCELLENT and I felt like I was visiting a Culver's that had been around a few years. Great staff and they had things humming along at a level of quality you would expect out of any Culvers chain. The fact that they are so new...blew me away. Great job Owosso Culver's...very impressed and I will...
