So I had the unfortunate experience of stopping in real quick to buy a pod for my vape, and pointed out the one I needed to buy, when the employee who claims to be the “new store manager Bailey” very rudely told me that she refused to sell me a $5 vape pod because she did not “think” it would work with my device when I know 100% it was the correct pod. From the minute I walked in the door and interrupted her in the back eating a cheeseburger she was mad and totally rude. Whoever the owner of this store is made a huge mistake by hiring mean girl Bailey. She had absolutely zero customer service skills refused to allow me to purchase what I came in for and sent me out the door and told me to go somewhere else! I will never be back! There is a very nice Vape store right next to Kroger I ended up going there and they were so nice and even cheaper I can’t believe I even wasted my time stopping in Baileys store. One employee tells me it’s $150, another tells me it’s $45, someone else tells me it’s $42. No consistency whatsoever and then it gets blamed on a “system update.” If the system has updated and it’s causing inconsistencies in pricing, CALL SUPPORT FOR THE SYSTEM. Smh.
