Dishonest and poor customer service. I called for a price on a new screen, told to hold, and then hung up on. After 45 minutes, my husband called and mentioned what happened after getting the price quote. He was told I knew I was getting a call back, but I just didn't wait long enough. (LIE 1) The next day, we were in Walmart and saw all the cases they had, so we stopped in. I went straight to the screen protectors, asked for the price (29.99), and left it at the counter for later. My husband shopped phone cases with the other associate. When we finished up he we were offered a coupon for a 5 star review. My husband happy with the info he received on the cases gave it. At checkout we were told with the discount the screen protector was $29.99 before tax it was originally alot higher (LIE 2). I told them that was price quoted when we entered BEFORE mention of any discount by them. We were then told the other associate knew to give the discount so he quoted that price (LIE 3). we were unfortunately scammed here. i took my brother to get his pc repaired because the hdmi wasn’t connecting to his monitor properly and they (or the place they had it sent to) charged us an extra $130 for windows to be installed. we brought it home and we ended up having to pay an extra $140 to install windows, which means they never installed it. i definitely recommend it though, considering the pc does work now, but if they make you pay extra to install windows, don’t do it. we also waited almost a month for it to be finished (which is completely fine), but the issue is they kept changing the date constantly. they weren’t very communicative and my brother was the one that had to reach out mostly. it was also a very confusing conversation when we first brought it in because the person at the desk wasn’t very descriptive about what had to be done and just made us leave it there. very nice people though but make sure...

Initially I left a 5 star review because this place buys reviews for discounts. Anyways, after having my Google pixel 6 services here for a screen replacement, I am very dissatisfied (Although my phone is fixed) Because I was charged for fixing my finger print sensor and additional $40 after already expecting to spend nearly $300 and having had spent $130 on the replacement. This was without my consent. Maybe I would've considered it if I were ASKED.
