Terrible experience in the drive thru this morning. I pulled up to the speaker and was asked to wait a moment, after three minutes or so they finally took my order. I asked for two bacon biscuits, and the cashier replied a bacon biscuit? I said yes but I need two of them. She told me to pull around to the second window. I pay for my food and then the manager brings me a bag and says “bacon biscuit” I said I was supposed to be two bacon biscuits. She rolls her eyes and walks away. I hand the cashier my card again, but for whatever reason my card wasn’t wanting to work for the 2nd biscuit. I had another card I could’ve used but before I’m even given the opportunity to provide that information the manager tells the cashier “she doesn’t get anything until it’s paid for” and I said “well I paid for one of them” and she looked at me and said “you need to calm down” and I was appalled. I was so angry after she said that I drove off without anything. I circled back after I calmed down asked the cashier for my card back. Never did...
Read moreThe past few times I have been were very negative experiences. When asking a question about the duo in the drive thru received no response, waited like 20 to 30 seconds thinking they didn’t hear me and asked again if it includes the double patty cheeseburger, and the response was “ok is that it”. I said well you aren’t answering my question so if the extra patty costs more I will pay. Again they didn’t say one word so I pulled on around. Once in the window there was no second patty, so I’m thinking ok fine, I just let them know it was incorrect. They said I would have to drive back around and go through the drive thru again and order and pay for the additional patty. Two other times I have given coupon codes directly from the website that references their location. Because it isn’t in their system they will not honor them and will get irritated and raise their voice with you when you tell them that it is for their location and ask if you can show them your phone. Lesson learned to...
Read moreAlright, buckle up, because my Burger King experience was a royal disaster. I hit up the drive-thru, and it was like stepping into a time warp – not in a cool, retro way, but in a "stuck in the '90s with outdated equipment and questionable food handling" kind of way.
First off, the speaker was so staticky I could barely understand the employee. After repeating my order three times, I was pretty sure they still messed it up. Surprise, surprise, I was right. My Whopper looked like it had been assembled by a toddler – the lettuce was wilted, the tomato was sliding off, and the patty was drier than the Sahara.
And don't even get me started on the fries. They were cold, limp, and tasted suspiciously like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp since last Tuesday. Honestly, I've had better fries from the bottom of my purse. Save yourself the disappointment and hit up literally any other fast food joint. This Burger King is a hard pass. We...
