As a millennial I’ll be the first to tell you I would much rather shop online over going into a store. I can’t stand feeling pressured into buying a more expensive product than I came in for. Due to this I bought my last mattress online and HATED it. After a year of trying to pad it with multiple toppers I finally decided enough was enough and talked my fiancée into visiting a store with me to see if we found a mattress within our budget that we would like more. Enter Kelly and Joe, two of the nicest and least pressuring sales people I’ve ever met in my life! We went in on a Saturday to check out their selection while Kelly was working. My fiancé wanted to keep us within a lower budget and as soon as we mentioned as much she led us to a close out mattress they had that was leaps and bounds better than our current mattress for 50% off the original price! We decided to think on it over the weekend and decide if we wanted to pull the trigger. Monday morning I found myself at the store as soon as they opened. Joe was extremely personable and reached out to Kelly to make sure the items we were putting on layaway were the ones she had discussed with us. As soon as we could get a truck to pick up the mattress we brought it, our new topper, and a mattress protector home. I have been getting such good sleep and I am ecstatic over it! I cannot stress enough how important it is to try out your mattresses in person, no matter the great “deals” you can find online. If you need a mattress don’t hesitate to stop in here! I cannot say enough about Kelly and her amazing service. From the minute I called, I heard a very friendly voice on the other end of the line. Miss Kelly greeted me with a friendly voice and a happy attitude. Upon entering the store, again I was greeted with her amazing attitude.

I knew I needed a bed, but I didn't know what I wanted. Miss Kelly took the time, helped me and explain so many things to me. When others came in or needed assistance, I was able to let Miss Kelly go, and she helped them graciously. Never once did I feel pressured or badgered by her. When it came down to making the ultimate decision of my bed, I didn't go the direction I intended or thought I would, but Kelly was there to help again.

I ended up with an adjustable bed, and I'm very thankful. Miss Kelly took the time to explain everything and show me things. We talked like old friends. But the true customer service came when I explained to her my dilemma. I needed the bed that evening, and I had no way of getting it home myself and getting it set up. She call her husband at the store in Rome, and they agreed to deliver it, set it up, and make sure that I was satisfied with my product.

Thank you Miss Kelly for all your great work, thank you and Joe for being such good people and bringing my bed to me on a spur of a moment. I cannot say enough and cannot be thankful enough for what y'all have done.

At the point in time I ever need another bed, I will definitely go to The Mattress Store. You won't be disappointed if you go in and see Miss Kelly, they do an amazing job and they have amazing prices....

Yesterday,; August 10th, through word of mouth by my brother in law we purchased a full size pillow mattress and box spring along with a wonderfully made queen size mattress (Shifman)made exclusively for Bloomingdale's For just $799..the complete set of full size mattress was only $139 we were at this point able to purchase a queen size cooling mattress protector a cooling gel pillow and a feather pillow, but then he being the owner then was able to mark an additional 10% off of our pillows without saying a word to him..He took a great deal of time with us..never pushy in any way..honest with us..that goes along way with me..I shopped thoroughly online prior to buying..did my research..name brand mattresses with tiny flaws..people I'm telling you right now..do not shop anywhere else.. you get name brand, well built mattress, slight flaw where they can't sell as 1st's (that you'll never see)..do yourselves a favor, save the extra money to put on something else you are in need of by getting a quality mattress from these nice family owned business..I rate high in...
