World of Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

I have been a frequent customer to this restaurant, since it opened. I have ordered the same thing for years due to the value, considering it is typically a large amount of food. I called in a to-go order tonight and had my brother go to pick it up. As you can see on the menu, the Philly combo includes a five-piece wing and drink. I have placed the same order dozens of times. He asked why it was so much more expensive than usual. As you can see, I was charged $19.77. I didn’t dispute this with them at the time, considering I’m a frequent customer. People make mistakes and it happens. I opened up my food and had not received my order of wings. I called them at this time. The woman I spoke with said she would have the wings made. I inquired at this time as to why it was more expensive than usual. She said it was because I ordered a drink. I said “the combo always comes with a drink.” She said “no, I don’t believe it does…but I’ll check with my manger before you get here. I’ll go ahead and have the kitchen make your wings.” I went to the restaurant to pick up my wings and the woman was on what seemed to be a personal call. Another associate walked out of the kitchen, and pointed at bag saying “there’s your wings.” I said “Thank you. What about me being overcharged for the drink?” The first associate looked down from her phone and rudely said “yeah…no.” She went back to talking on the phone at this time. I stood there waiting, then said “It’s listed on the menu with drink included for $14.99. It’s what I’ve always ordered here.” She rolled her eyes and kept talking on the phone. I then return home to open my wings, only to discover that they are plain wings without sauce. This place is a great place to go and take your family. I know that there have been mixed reviews but I love this place. My son loves it as well and he is very picky. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean but I do have to say that the manager that they have I think her name is Brittany if I'm not mistaken is AWESOME!!!!! SHE not only came to my table and greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure that everything was ok she actually carried on a conversation with me like she had known me for years. I have never been to a restaurant before to where the manager comes out and takes time out of their day to actually mingle with all of the customers and make them feel like they are the most important people in there. She was also running around and getting refills and bringing out food and still did it with a smile and made time for all the customers. I will be back to world of wings and it is mainly because I can't wait to see Brittany again and continue our conversation. She made my experience exceptional I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I would give 100 stars if I could. We ordered dinner for three last night through grub hub. We were hesitant and wanted to just pick it up, but the site would not allow that feature to be selected. We placed our order for, though it was a bit more than we normally spend, and it never showed. After a bit of searching, it had apparently been delivered to some lucky neighbor. We texted back the text we got saying it was delivered and said we hadn't received it and were ignored. Later we received a "how was your dinner" text. We responded with, "We never received it", it continued with other ridiculous questions and ended with thank you. We had to go to burger king to satisfy our hunger late that night, as we were preparing for a remodel. Not happy. Never got the food. After much frustration and trying to figure out what happened on our own, as noone one answer us, it looks like our neighbor must have ordered from them before and they auto corrected our address, I guess.
