Firehouse Subs Wall Street - Calhoun — Restaurant in Georgia

I tried to order online so that I could pick up my food before I went to work. It was a huge mistake because their dining room was unexpectedly closed and the drive-through takes way too long. After about twenty minutes I had to back out of the drive-through or else I was going to be late for work. Even if I stayed at that point my sandwich would have been cold. Thank god no one pulled in behind me, or else I would have been screwed as their drive-through traps you in with no way around other cars. Furthermore, the store was unable to issue me a refund because I ordered online, and 48hrs later, I’ve yet to get a response from the email and form I had to fill out to reach their corporate office. Usually, I'm such a big fan of firehouse subs. I come here often and usually am very well pleased. Today they had no lettus for my sandwich and when she asked if that was ok I said "I guess." When i got up to the window to pay for my $10 sub with no lettus, I overheard the girl talking about me, with the window open as if I couldn't hear her, saying to another employee, " She said I guess & how I didn't need to be all rude about it". Trust and believe those words were not me being rude. This place will no longer have my business. I work for a restaurant and when we're out of simple things like lettus, my manager goes to the store and buys us some. Considering Kroger is right...

While visiting family in Calhoun we decided to grab a firehouse meal before our 2 hour drive home. It was 8pm on a Wednesday. We walked in (not another customer in the store) there were 2 girls down at the drive thru area talking and a guy making food. We waited for our order to be taken, they kept talking...after me staring at them for about 3 minutes, one of them finally comes up and takes our order by saying "what can i get ya?" We order 2 meals and the total was $34!!!! The food wasn't great, the mac and cheese was gross and i have been sick ever since and its now 48 hours later.
