leaving 1 star because (i cant leave zero stars) and maybe that 1 star is for the counselors - some of which I think really care about helping people make a change in their lives for the good. But besides that, trust all the negative reviews.... it mirrors my experience EXACTLY. Their online class scheduling system is riddled with errors and if you miss a class (i have had several instances where the platform refused to let me join the zoom - and if not for the fact that after having to pay extra fees to reschedule and had to start setting up webcams and screen recordings just to prove that it was the platform and not my inability to join a zoom call that was the issue) I would've had to pay more fees. Even with overwhelming proof there was an issue outside my control that prevented me from attending classes it was always a battle with them arguing with their "customer service" people on the phone to get them to waive unfair added fees they tacked onto my account. My advice? If you have to take classes here make sure you document EVERYTHING always take a note of who you talked to and what was said and when. Use a second phone or screen recording software to prove you tried to login at the right time. Just today I tried calling in bc they scheduled me for a makeup class - i noticed it was during my work hours so i asked if they had any evening classes available (which they said i could and they rescheduled it) only problem was the link they gave me to register for the class didnt list the class that day, only ones in the future) I called back a few times the next week and literally sat on hold for over combined time of OVER an hour bc nobody answered the phones. When i did finally get ahold of the customer service agent who i spoke to to schedule the makeup before, she said i was mistaken and that it wasnt her that I had dealt with (ridiculous, considering her name was on the email signature that had sent the schedule link ) When you present evidence they will try and gaslight you ... like i show a screenshot of the registration link they sent me showing that i couldnt join a meeting and they will be like "well i dont see you on the zoom report" so that shows u owe us fees!" Like yeah, i just proved to you I COULDNT register for the zoom report of course im not on the zoom report! I have attached a screenshot of one of these issues - where the zoom wouldnt start (it said waiting for the host to start the webinar) the zoom was supposed to start at 7:30 and i just sat there until about 7:40 waiting then it kicked me off when that happens, theres nothing u can do bc although they have support staff working at that time - they do not accept calls or respond to emails after 5PM so u just have to cross your fingers and hope u can reach them in the coming days.

Please read the reviews first! They won’t send you a code for zoom, so you can miss out on your class. They don’t even pick up your calls, I went on the thier site and found the “how can I help you chat”. They didn’t even help me at all. They scamming people ! I paid 350 for it and I don’t think I will get a refund from them. Please do read other reviews! Check out the reviews on yelps too!

Unfortunately it was closed by the time I got there. I was only.able to take a few pictures from the outside . It looked so cute. All the buildings seemed to be real, just smaller than the normal.one. There is even a miniature Wells Fargo,a miniature Taco Bell and many others stores and business I am sure it is a nice place when it is open

Just finished and passed the CMSP today and I have to say that my experience here was quite pleasant. Not only did I have a ton of fun but I learned a lot as well and feel confident that should a situation/hazard present itself, I'll have enough tools to increase my chances of not only living through a possible accident but maybe even avoiding one all together through proper technique and knowledge using the A3 system. My instructors were Bob, Dimitri, and Josh. Each one was an exceptional instructor and provided me with the confidence and technique to start my journey as a good and safe rider. If your looking at the negative reviews scratching your heads, ask yourself what like 90% of them have in common. DUI's/Court Ordered... Maybe they don't care if they get their licenses back simply because the road is safer without these idiots on them? Who knows. I just know my experience was awesome! Thanks again Bob, Dimitri, & Josh. I'll take your teachings with me wherever the road may take me.

10/10 will be going...

This is where you go to learn how to ride a motorcycle and get discounts off your insurance once you graduate. Everyone there is awesome and they really know what they're doing and if you think you know how to ride a motorcycle go take a class and find out the truth. I've been riding my whole life and this place really help me with lots of information and skills that I didn't know I needed but I know now. I would suggest anybody riding a motorcycle go and take the safety course you will not regret it. it could save your life. Yes they make you have all the safety gear before you can take the class. (where you going to ride the motorcycle naked or what?). Don't be silly be safe wear the gear. first time you hit the ground without that helmet or glove or jacket on You'll wish you did. I love these people I love this place. I go back but I...
