PacSun Outlet — Local services in Camarillo

I don't know about other people's experiences shopping here but I did not enjoy my shopping experience at this Pacsun location. The employees here are rude and very judgmental. They are not helpful at all. It seemed like they had nothing to do since they were all huddled together laughing and whispering to each other about who knows what! As I am about to purchase some items, one of the girls that was with the other employees looks at them first, (as if she was expecting a reaction from them) and then tells me they're not accepting cash. I only had cash at the moment so I went to go return the items back to their place. As soon as I start walking away to do so, these employees had the audacity to laugh just because I had no other way to pay. All of them had their eyes on me as I was walking around the store putting back the items. Left that store as quickly as possible and will never come back again. It lacks professionalism not to let customers know that you aren't accepting certain payment forms as soon as they enter the store. Most importantly, no one should be humiliated like I was by this group of teenage employees. But I should have seen it coming since these employees we're doing absolutely nothing, talking to each other, just hanging around the store and not...

Went in to try and exchange some shorts I bought online for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size (25) which was fine, and I asked if I could exchange them and have them ship me the smaller size since they didn’t have it. The guy who helped me didn’t bother to check online and just said I can’t do that because it’s sold out online. Ended up just returning the shorts and went online when I got home and sure enough there were the shorts, in my size 25, available online. Because of this employee’s laziness I am now having to pay double in shipping just to get a pair of shorts. Poor customer service, will not be returning...

Horrible Pacsun due to one guy who works there. He has short dark hair and earrings. Dude is straight up rude and does not show any sign of respect for customers. My girl was trying to find a coupon and when she did, she showed him the code and it was 15%, we asked if he applied it and he said yeah in a very rude way. Later when we checked the receipt we noticed he only gave us a 10% discount. And to make matters worse, when we got home, HE LEFT THE INK CARTRIDGES ON... How can a company hire someone this incompetent... We were practically the ONLY ONES in the store.. Don't go to this PacSun and if you do avoid this dude...
