This is the worst Sbarro I’ve been to personally. This location does not honor the rewards system and we were left paying for a Birthday Slice. The workers barely understand English and couldn’t communicate why their location isn’t able to redeem rewards granted by the business. The pizza sits out without any heat source, and they expect a quick reheat in the oven to magically bring it back to life This location also has a hidden 3% surcharge fee for credit cards which is not mentioned before paying. You’re left to see it on the bill after the fact.

this pizza was so good i felt like i really was in new york. when i ate it i rose to heaven and came back down to eat more of the pizza. this pizza almost made me have a seizure out of joy when i ate it. 5 stars i will def eat here again!!

Lady around 3 on sunday the 17 had a nasty attitude, mac and cheese was literally just watery and nasty so i wanted to change it for something else and she gave me the nastiest attitude saying everything is like that...if everything is like that then yall need to close down, this isnt the first time this lady is being rude for...

We came with children. I ordered 5 pcs of pizza one type three pieces. They just gave one piece to me and my two pieces to someone else behind me. I copmlained and nobody cared. They have no system, no internal communication and no respect...
