THE WOREST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!
Shopping
After came in and I am looking for different sizes of gloves, but the saleswoman seems like she did not like me to touch those gloves, because she just tidy them up. I asked about the colors, she told me thatâs all they have. I tried ask second time do you have any brown color? She said that was all they have. But why did I see pairs of brown ones in the check out glass window? Are they just for display?
Checking out
If you want to buy less than 3 same items, and you are fine, the deal was always great. However, if you are doing a âhugeâ order (12 qty of same items), which the coach menâs store manger told me, you will get in trouble. Since they have a âhidden rulesâ that 3 same items per person, that means you have to prepare 4 different person with their âown moneyâ. Alternately, the cashier said if I paid in cash, I will be OK with the âown moneyâ rule. That was a joke, card is my money and cash was still mine, why my cash can be defined as their own money??
Rules
I asked cashier about their âhidden rulesâ if they do have the 3 same items per person and they have to use their own money to purchase. She went inside and came back with nothing. Again, I asked to show the rules, she said they do not have them in writing, or in public. Are you serious, you just hold the rules in your mind? That was ridicules!! What was worse, the manager told us, if we do not follow the âhidden ruleâ then we can go, they did not welcome us to shop in this store.

Read moreThe Camarillo Coach outlet has the absolute worst customer service. I went in today in hopes to return a bag I was gifted, only to find out that I couldn't because it had been purchased over 30days ago. I tired to tell them that I simply wanted store credit and had full intentions in purchasing something else, but instead I was rudely told that if they accepted the return the most they could give me was $90 (the bag was originally $170) the offer was a joke and what made the whole ordeal even more offensive and off putting was the fact that the employee was downright rude. I decided to go to the Citadel Coach outlet location immediately after in hopes of better luck and WOW what a completely different experience! The Citadel Coach outlet employees made sure I was heard and helped. They accepted the return and honored the original price all while being the absolutely sweetest. The Camarillo Coach outlet needs serious improvement when it comes to their customer service. Save your time and avoid this location and instead go to the Citadel Coach outlet.

Read moreWe had a great time visiting this outlet and working with David to find a bag that met my specific needs. He took the time to help me determine what size and composition would work for me. I was incredibly indecisive about color, however. He checked the back and even on their computer checked around the country to see if other colors were available in a particular purse. He was NOT pushy, but was ensuring I left with something that would work for me. David let me know that since I needed a larger utilitarian bag, I may find something across the promenade at the Men's Coach. It was a good idea, but I didn't find anything that I really fell in love with. We walked around and shopped for a couple hours, then returned. I bought the bag and got a killer deal on it. Thank you so much David for your kind professionalism, you are an awesome sales representative and we left very impressed and confident with...
