Very very very disappointed ! I had bought many jewelry from this store and I am sure not going to anymore! I had a promotion offered to me and they said I had 0% interest until last month (December) so I finished paying my balance before the month of December ended, because thats what the sale associate Angelina told me that as long as it was before the end of December I was fine and all of a sudden I get a statement stating I owe almost $400. I called customer service they were NO HELP apparently it’s all my fault for listening to Angelina and they said I had to pay before December 6 like I told them IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW THERE IS A SPECIFIC DATE! I wasn’t able to log in to my online account for all this time and every time I would ask they told me I don’t need it I had to go make payments at the store because I was paperless so I never received a statement stating when the promotion was ending. Now im stuck paying those $400 of interest and im only paying it because I don’t want my credit score to be affected by this if not I wouldn’t pay any of this because it’s not fair that I am stuck paying all this extra money just because a sale associate told me FALSE INFORMATION! Apparently they don’t care about their customers they just want the money I mean what else can we expect right. So make sure to either call costumer service or talk to the managers before accepting the promotions so they can explain better because obviously their sales associates aren’t well trained to give correct...

I’ve been a customer at this facility in Camarillo CA. for many years. I truly appreciate the employees that work there. All of them are definitely an asset to Zales Premium Outlets in Camarillo. The store manager Ms Angelica Pedraza is definitely very knowledgeable in all of your products. Ms Angelica is very thorough in your needs and the best thing about her she doesn’t pressure you into anything you don’t want. Ms Angelica is very attentive to every customer that walks through your doors. I know the girls are always appreciative of their customers to come into the store. I have trouble remembering all of their names. However they are always very helpful, friendly, attentive, with abundance of laughter to make one feel very comfortable while shopping. This is the second time Nenon has helped me in the Camarillo Zales. I have my diamond inspected every 6 mo and she remembered me. In prior visits, staff had difficulty finding me in the system. Nenon took the time to straighten it out last time, and pulled me right up this time. She is professional, kind and helpful. I really appreciate her service.

April 2025 ~ as always, Nenon remembered me and provided my diamond inspection. She always reminds me to stay current on inspections to retain my diamond guarantee.
