Was there in August, my chocolate covered apple was amazing. Went back on the 26 of September and got two to celebrate my birthday. Went to eat the cut one on thy way home… it’s the wrong apple and the apple does not taste right .

Called when I got home. They where very kind, said when I come by again I could pick up my apples 🍏

I went today , again on the way home I started to eat the cut apple and it tasted bad as well as the inside was brown 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I contacted them so I could speak to the manager. The lady asked me what was wrong and I told her. Her reply was that after dipping the apples they can go brown 🤦🏻‍♀️ are you serious! I’m 62 and have had several of these throughout the years. Never a brown one…

I would like my money back and they can have their apples as I now have them in...

It's always a fun time visiting Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and grabbing a sweet treat after a long day of shopping. They are located outside of the food court which is super convenient if you want dessert after your meal.

They are following Covid 19 procedures and have a window outside to take orders. They are not allowing people inside of the store. They have a variety of frozen treats which is perfect for these hot days.

I never leave the store without getting one of their famous candied apples. Today I got their Almond and Milk Chocolate Apple. They give you the option of having the apple whole or slicing it for you.

Large variety of chocolates 🍫 including sugar free section for diabetic people.

I went in with my kids, the staff was very knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful helping us to choose.

I got the sugar free pecans with dark chocolate 🍫, sugar free pecans chocolate milk, and few more things.

Price was a little over average we got 5 different chocolates for about $9, but it's worth it. Even though we aren't diabetics I prefer the sugar free items, I don't like to load my kids with sugar.
