No recommending to shop here. We are CUSTOMERS, we PAY with our hard earned money. We are NOT BEGGER AND BEGGING for FREE. Do not treat us like one MISS MANAGER (I know your name just want to keep it for privacy). There should be no STAR for this store because the horrible customer service. But Google need me to put one on to continue đ. The worst store manager I have ever seen in my life so far. After 4 hours in line to get in which I do NOT MIND at all until the horrible manager came SCREAM AND YELLED at the kids (which are not my kids) and MY MOM and OTHERS who JUST sat down to try on shoes. My brother handed my mom some shoes from the rack to try on and MISS MANAGER TOOK THEY ALL AWAY AND SHOVED THEM RIGHT BACK on the rack. What kind of customer service is it? If you are not happy with your job title and duty, DON'T BE ONE.
I confronted her immediately after the incident and told her how UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE it is. Remember what goes around come around. You will be treated the same way you treat others. Instead of asking what can she do to help, she BLANKLY SAID YOU ALL ARE FREE TO LEAVE if you are not happy here. OMG, that s how you take a complaint and solve it? My eyeballs are as wide as they have never been before. I wanted a SINCERE APOLOGY not a FAKE TO THE FACE ONE. And she did apologize with the clown face and a fake stretch of the mouth to the ears. Do it with the heart not just a SHOW, it just made her look like a clown no more no less. I walked away after because I did not want to waste my time on this type of person. She did not have what call apology to the end. She won't change to the end and it could be her personality. But right when I turned my back, MISS MANAGER proudly and LOUDLY SHOUTED OUT : DON'T SHOP ON BLACK FRIDAY. I turned back and told she should save that last sentence to herself: "DON'T WORK ON BLACK FRIDAY". I am pursuing the incident to higher authority.

   Read moreI CANT BELIEVE THEY DID THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMER, i went to this store today 12/15/23, to buy my wife a bag (tote tiramisu,os), i ask a salesperson guy about the price, after telling me he go away, about a minute then a saleslady approach and help me (clarissa , saw the name on receipt) point the bag i wanted , she said the price and i said ok, told me that she will get a NEW ONE at the backroom and i have to wait at cashier, she came back with the bag, i pay and they put it on a big paper bag, and i left. upon checking it inside my car, i noticed there is no paper label tags on it, shoulder strap is hook up already , and the 4 gold color buttons under have scratches , it looks like THEY GIVE ME A USED BAG , i immediately return it to clarissa and complain that its not new, they get another one and replace it, now its real new because theres label tag, strap is wrap with paper, have some paper protection inside and there "s no scratches

I asked Alejandra for size at first and she said sheâs assisting somebody, so I patiently waited for her to come back, then when she returned she saw this customer who just came and since she knew her she entertained her right away so I just looked at her when sheâs getting the order of this lady, and then when she got back I asked her again for the size and she told me that she can entertain one customer at a a time, so I walked away and asked the other lady, for a size and you know what she did? Alejandra informed the other saleslady not to get my order through their headset she just put down the shoes in the couch, so I just stood up there knowing that she placed my order, until Dana came and asked me if Iâve been helped, she asked the people in the back if my size was already called in and it was not.
