I do not ever write reviews but after seeing this from not 1 but 2 of the associates i am just beyond appauled at people's common decency. The sales associate's at this store are by far the worst! If you do not dress to their standards, or look the part they will be very rude. When my gf and i walked into the store intending to buy a smart watch, we were over there for at least five minutes before the associate came over. The associate immediately needed to point out how expensive they all were. After that she paused expecting us to leave and walk away, when my gf said to continue she then pointed out the cheapest ones and had us try on the least expensive ones as if we couldn't afford the other ones. Needless to say my gf bought 2 of them just to spite her. Once at the register, the other associate ran my gf's card first just to make sure the charge went through and then charged it as if she couldn't afford it. I will never go back here to this RACIST, PREJUDICE, IGNORANT...

Well I have been in this store about 5 times in the last 3 months and made several purchases. Their inventory has greatly improved. For me it is a much better quality. The staff is always helpful and kind. There needs to be great improvement though in follow-up. I left my contact info on visit one waiting on a backpack to come in. Each visit was to shop and to see if it was there. 3 of those visits I made a purchase. The last visit They had the back pack in. I had to take the display because they were already sold out. I went there yesterday to exchange a purse that I got for Christmas, I waited like 10 minutes until finally somebody helped me, the girl who was helping me gave me a terrible attitude and could not even find the original receipt I do not remember her name but she had long fake eyelashes, I asked her to talk to a manager and waited again like 10 minutes and the manager gave me a bad attitude as well, I decided to keep my purse afterall is beautiful😘, I just wanted a different color since a have a couple of the same color but different style plus I could use it for traveling, overall they have terrible horrible customer...
