AT&T Store — Local services in Cambria Township

Store is clean and people are friendly. We had Tim help us! Great guy, definitely deserves a raise and a promotion! Hubby broke his phone and I called just to inquire about replacing/upgrading. This was like 30 minutes before they closed too. Tim had us come in anyway to replace the phone and he was so quick with everything. Well, we made a little mistake as far as phone storage and dealt with him yet again with fixing that. He's very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant to speak with. used to be a five not anymore. went the other day and there was only one guy working. must of been new bcuz i didnt know him. apparently he was the “manager.” but the manager i know has long curly hair and takes great care of me everytime along with his employees. this new “manager” has short spikey hair and was rude and kept trying to sell me things i didnt want or ask for so i left! i called later to ask when the other employees would be in and nobody picked up! then i called again and it was still a person i didnt know and also rude! not sure if the employees got moved or what but i guess ill just have to look...

5 stars from me! I bought a iPhone SE on Facebook marketplace place which ended up being stolen and the poor portage cop worked his butt off trying to find who it was and here the phone ended up being sold 52 times! The cop went to at & t in ebensburg to get all this situated and the awesome worker name Joe found the same exact phone for the cop going through all this and me losing $150. In the end because of the portage cop and Joe made the whole situation better! Thanks so much there’s still some sweet...
