We ordered a log cake for my little girls birthday. Well while cutting into it, we find a big, long hair inside the cake...ok np stuff happens. Called to inform them. No manager on duty. Female manager calls me back leaving me a message (which I still have saved) that to make it up to us they will grant us a free log cake. Ok great. Call back to speak with her and place my order. I get told by a young man that they're in the middle of a rush and they'll call me back but he hung up on me without even getting my number. Ok so I called again to end up with the owner being placed on the phone. Or at least someone who said he was the owner. I then get told he's not replacing the cake but he will give me one for a discount. Sorry No, I was offered a free cake. He stated he's not replacing a cake just for a hair. Really? Would you have eaten a cake with some strangers hair embedded in the cake? He argued with me and told me he didn't carr what his manager told me or promised us, he's not replacing the cake. He told me if I didn't like it then I could go pay full price for one elsewhere. So that's exactly what we are doing. We will never give this place our money ever again. Such poor customer service and poor attitude. And yes, I have pictures of the hair inside our cake as my mother and I were cutting it. He told me he didn't care if I had pictures...if they care this little about one customer and go back on their word like this, imagine how they are behind the scenes while...
