Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Cambria Township

We ordered a log cake for my little girls birthday. Well while cutting into it, we find a big, long hair inside the cake...ok np stuff happens. Called to inform them. No manager on duty. Female manager calls me back leaving me a message (which I still have saved) that to make it up to us they will grant us a free log cake. Ok great. Call back to speak with her and place my order. I get told by a young man that they're in the middle of a rush and they'll call me back but he hung up on me without even getting my number. Ok so I called again to end up with the owner being placed on the phone. Or at least someone who said he was the owner. I then get told he's not replacing the cake but he will give me one for a discount. Sorry No, I was offered a free cake. He stated he's not replacing a cake just for a hair. Really? Would you have eaten a cake with some strangers hair embedded in the cake? He argued with me and told me he didn't carr what his manager told me or promised us, he's not replacing the cake. He told me if I didn't like it then I could go pay full price for one elsewhere. So that's exactly what we are doing. We will never give this place our money ever again. Such poor customer service and poor attitude. And yes, I have pictures of the hair inside our cake as my mother and I were cutting it. He told me he didn't care if I had pictures...if they care this little about one customer and go back on their word like this, imagine how they are behind the scenes while...

DQ in ebensburg is the worst for service, I brought them a DQ coupon once they said they couldn't give it to me cause it didn't say specifically this DQ, well it didn't say any of them, another time I went an I ask for a medium blizzard and the repeated medium blizzard, I pull up to window I pay for medium an they give me this tiny cup, I wanted to throw it at them but didn't I just ask for my money back an said I will never come back to this DQ again, Now mind you I have went to other DQs with those coupons and they were accepted, I go to DQs all the time because I love them but this one needs all new employees or new something about it, I...

Horrible!!! We waited over 40 minutes to get our food....40 minutes!!! Not worth the wait or overinflated prices for a crummy burger and Blizzard. Had to finally go to the counter to ask what was going on. Told "we are really busy". There were three people working the whole place. Was then told "oh sorry, we had accidently clicked your order was already completed". Thank goodness I went up and asked or we may never have gotten our food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Back in the day a company would try and "make it right" when errors occured or a unreasonable wait happened. Not this place. I won't...
