I would've given 5 stars, however, Taco Bell needs to make their food the way it is advertised, because right now it seems like it's false advertisement. The taste is great, but, for example, when I purchased a chicken quesadilla, you would expect it to have more than 2 tiny little pieces of chicken in it. Don't you agree? And this is only 1 example. I could given you a dozen or more, just from my own experiences with the restaurant. We pay good money, for what should be good food, & expect it to be made as advertised. I love Taco Bell, but they either need to train their employees how to correctly make their product or they need to change "how" they actually make & advertise it. I know I'm not the only 1 that thinks/knows this...I'm probably just 1 of the few that calls the franchise out regarding this. So next time you purchase Taco Bell, I urge you to really look at it & ask yourself, "Is this really what I get, for what I paid?" I know that the majority of businesses care more about their profit margin than their customers, but this type of thinking really to change! If it was me, I'd rather have satisfied customers, who are repeat customers, than ones who are disappointed in my product & never purchase it again. It might reduce your profit margin at 1st, but in the long run your profits will continue to grow & not be short lived.

So I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell before and they’ve had some attitude about customizations for orders. So I thought hey I’d order through the app to give them plenty of time to customize my order. When I went through the drive through for my pickup. The person said oh you have the heavily modified order. Which I’m like okay not understanding completely while they are salty but as long as my order is done right. One of those customizations pictured below was a chalupa with extra meat and pico de gio instead of tomatoes. So tell me why I paid an extra 2 dollars for a chalupa with the same amount of meat and no pico de gio. I didn’t get my extras but what I did get was extra attitude. I.E. if you are going here you have to order it strictly how they have it on the menu. If you hate your job I suggest you quit. People out here are struggling the same so when they want to treat themselves they expect their hard earned money to receive what they ordered sans the attitude. Completely unacceptable.

I love this taco bell always a pleasure when coming, but tonight 10/3 I think it was nasty and unsanitary to be wearing a taco shell on your head while working I understand joking and having fun in the work place but if you are running drive throu and are going to be seen and working with customers you should look and act the part they seemed very nice but it made my stomach turn a bit seeing the food we are going to eat on their head. The face won't be in the photo for privacy reasons.

This place is an absolute joke.

1.) Get an overloaded paper bag of food handed out the drive thru window after waiting 15 mins for the food when we were the only car in the drive thru at the time. 2.) That overloaded bag proceeds to give out as it’s handed through the car window, drenching my girlfriend and the entire carpet and seat of the car in hot melted cheese. 3.) Get told to pull around front to wait for replacement food, which we had to argue for considering the bag didn’t even make it to our lap without breaking. Proceed to sit there for 15 mins AGAIN with no sign of food coming out, only to go in and find out that they had thought we just left because we left the window! Finally after all of this we get our replacement food AND a refund, so I guess not all is bad about this trash establishment if you can handle your new car being doused in melted cheese.

5.) The food was not up to par either.

If you could give this place 0 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. These fast food morons are the pinnacle of why that industry does not deserve more...
