I just returned a very poorly made cashmere cape to this store along with my receipt, having purchase the cape on 10/30/21. The cape was unraveling on a seam and after less than 10 wearings, it was showing wear like I had worn it for a year. The salesclerk said no less than 5 times that I must have washed this item, I assured her I had not…she spoke to an owner who approved the store credit and did tell him the sewn on tag did not look like it had been washed. Store owner or worker on 12/18/24 unprofessionally "greeted" my friend and I by asking if we were "stoned." Not a single "how are you doing?" or likewise hospitality... such a strange, offensive encounter. She made us feel unwelcome in record speed after only having been on the property for a few minutes.
