To be completely honest they do not deserve any stars at all!!! I went in on August 13,2022 around 3:40pm for gel manicure pedicure. She started with Pedicure, while pulling cuticles she pulled on the side of big toe (right foot) so hard, and I told her to stop multiple times/please leave it alone. She did not until she pulled it out saying ingrown cuticle must come out. I told her I hope I do not get an infection from what she did because it was hurting so bad at the salon already. They do not listen to their customer needs and very rude! Since August 13, 2022, I am in throbbing pain in my right foot big toe, and it has pus/discharge. I had to seek medical help and went into urgent care on August 14, 2022, she caused a toenail infection (paronychia). I was rewinding the whole service in my head to see what happened and it made total sense that she took dirty tools from a small toaster oven thing and pulled that cuticle out while creating a small cut and soaking it in the dirty bowl that created a perfect environment for bacteria to enter to cause paronychia! I must travel this week and they caused a big problem for me. Also, gel nails are already chipping off day three which is the least of the problems they have caused. In addition, she charged me full for the services $75 and no sense of apology instead she was talking in her language and giggling with her colleague after hurting my toe, I cannot explain my frustration enough!! Today August 15, 2022, I called the salon to inform them of what has happened, and she started threatening me that we have cameras, and we know who you are, and we have lawyers! I was shocked at their behavior, I was expecting more of an apology not even a refund which they should of done along with an apology! I was only planning to speak to the manager and address the situation but because of this misbehavior I will seek...

I usually go see Natalie and she is amazing!!! Today she was not there so I booked an appointment with Titi at 10:30am. I got there early at 10:20am and was told a 10min wait which was fine because my appointment wasn’t for another 10min. She did not start my nails until 11:20am! I was there for a refill with regular polish. The sign says $20 for a refill. While giving me a refill she said one of my nails needed to be fixed so she took it off and put on a new one. While removing the previous polish that was on my nails the color ended up all over my fingers! I asked her if she could please take the polish off my skin she told me she would at the end. I did like my refill but I was not satisfied with the paint job. Once my nails were finished she did not remove the polish and charged me $30! I told her the sign says $20 and she told me she replaced a nail so it’s more! Mind you the sign also says $3 for nail repair! The sign also says $30 for a full set. So she charged me the price of a full set/ an extra $10 just to replace one nail! And I still left with polish all over my skin! I only gave 3 stars because I have good experiences with Natalie. If I was to rate it base on just my experience from today I would have gave only 1 star! I will NOT be going back if Natalie is...

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I don’t typically write reviews but I am very disappointed in this place.

I gave this place 2 two tries and I have to say the attention to detail and quality is just awful. Got a gel x manicure and the nail tech puts on nail polish as if she were dumping it on with every coat. It was very scrappy and as if she were rushing. After getting it done the first time, my nails chipped within a few days because the lack of quality. Got it done the second time and the same thing happened - too much nail polish + lack of attention to detail = chipped nails. It also took way too long because my nails took forever to dry.

Worst of all, because of how much nail polish she put on, I had to put my nails under UV light for almost an hour collectively - coat after coat (got gel x too). My hands have been feeling NUMB for the past hour and I’m praying the over usage of UV light isnt going to give me issues down the line. Not healthy, not sanitary, poor execution both times.
