Arams #2 House of Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

One of my co-workers told me to order from Arams #2 for an event I needed to cater. It is perfect because they open at 10AM. The delivery was spot on and the customer service was outstanding with all of my questions. They had all the utensils covered and even suggested some stuff I had forgotten. They had forgotten some waters on the order but got them back to me within 15 minutes (it's about a 5 minute drive to the store but I know that he didn't hit any other deliveries before completing mine which was greatly appreciated and hey we are ALL HUMAN!)

I will definitely be using them again in the future and the food is delicious, excellent customer service, and they have get deals that they tell you about (the promotion right now is buy 2 pizzas get 1 small pizza or 1 2-liter for free). I would never choose a veggie pizza anywhere but Arams 2...

Favorite new pizza spot of the area!! Has the traditional style of New London style pizza, slightly greasy but not overly so, fresh baked, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Highly recommend the mushroom and hamburger pizza, as well as the Greek style. While they may not have the Wood-Fired pizza options that you might get at some other pizza places in Cambridge, you get really traditional Pizza. That is just really tasty and a really good value.

Also, while they are on delivery apps, always try to go in person if you were in the neighborhood as it is hard work to be a pizza place...

Make you look at your food before you let the delivery driver leave. If the order is wrong they will take back and you will have to wait. My order was wrong and not only were they 30 mins late but they said they would remake my order & when the driver returns for me to give them the original food and the driver will give me the new food.

I told them we already waited an hour and fifteen minutes for the food but now I have to wait even longer to feed my kids because the girl who took the order didn't pay attention? The manager said yes because they were busy.

Well guess I'm finding another...
