Poor service! We were seated at our table and 15 minutes went by as we watched two tables that came after us get service. We spoke up to the waitress to get served. Here is where our dining experience went Black Diamond down hill. We had to ask for our drinks after the other tables that came after us received their drinks and appetizers. I got my white wine which was at room temperature! Ten minutes later we asked for my husband's Sake which never arrived. It was totally forgotten, I could see our waitress scrambling to make the drink. We asked for our appetizers after tables that came after us received their dinners. Finally our appetizers arrived and 3 minutes later 2 out of 3 of our dinners arrived. They clearly forgot about the 3rd dinner and had to scramble to get that in. I ordered a 2nd glass of white wine. It was delivered with a glass of ice!! The waitress admitted on her own the wine was warm!! After we were almost done with our meal, the Manager/Owner came over to our table. We explained to him the disastrous dining experience we had. He was very cordial, understanding and apologetic. Later, I could hear him in the distance reprimanding the waitresses for their poor service. He did remove 2 drinks from the bill, which was very much...
Read moreEdit: Came back with friends and don't think I can recommend Le's for pho. My soup broth was a bit sour (no lime added) and I wasn't sure why, turns out there was some white radish in as well, presumably by accident. Feel bad leaving a neg review but yeah.
Pho N Rice (forgive the name) nearby in Somerville is noticeably better though they've raised their prices recently.

Usually I refrain from leaving less than 4 or 5 star reviews (I'll simply refrain from reviewing) but I unfortunately have to call out a couple of things. The "iced vietnamese milk coffee" is not done via regular vietnamese drip. It came very hot with ice cubes and I'm pretty sure is just your Amazon/Asian supermarket instant packet coffee (G2 brand probably). I typically order an iced coffee whenever I visit a new Vietnamese restaurant and also make my own Vietnamese coffee at home (Trung Nguyen) and have also had the cheap packet coffee many times before. This is the first time I've encountered a restaurant using the cheap packet instant coffee. It's also $5 ($4.95) which is more expensive than your average Viet/Thai restaurant's.
Pho is okay, vermicelli (bun) was...
Read moreThis place hits all the notes... First, the food is terrific. Second, it is a nice comfortable place with one of the most kind, lovely staffs you could ask for. Now, here is the best part: no where in the Cambridge-Boston area will you get more bang for your buck than Le's. The only negative I can think of is that we don't live close enough to enjoy this place more often. If you are staying at any of the hotels in the east Cambridge area, this is a very nice quick walk and you will be delighted. As a fellow business owner I can't endorse this place enough. Just spectacular, I've cancelled my plans for tomorrow and will be bringing some close friends to Le's instead. I know they will be impressed. Great spot to take business travelers, great spot for a date, Le's just hits all of the notes! Super clean place, well run, just awesome, five stars is not enough for Le's. It is now our go to place when we are in town, not just for sushi, but for a...
