My daughter was in the location to use the ATM Machine and the Machine shut down and took her money essentially it never gave her the withdrawal. The young lady cane over to help her and saw what happened but when the Machine turned on it did not give my daughter her funds. The young lady said she would get the owner to help. He came over and basically didn't give any sign of concern. I bet if I were there it would have been different. My daughter is a women of color and I am not and to many times people treat her differently when she is by herself and when she is with me. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience and or offer to assist her in anyway he just said call them tell them what you said happened. His own employee tried to tell her what happened and I heard him say she cab call them herself. I only had the chance to hear the transaction after it had taken her funds but the owner did not offer any assistance in a solution. I honestly feel this was as simple as he didn't want to listen to a young women of color. I hate to say this but I see it happening far more then anyone woukd think. Please know who you are buying from. You may have the best food in the country but if you don't care about your patrons why be in business oh yes so you can make money off of the rent and or fees for the use of the Machine and your profits of your over priced meals. We will no longer be placing the large orders that we do when we have our meetings. The lesson here is you should treat everyone the way you would want your children wife or mother treated. Having grown up in the North shore I've had the opportunity to eat at a lot of great and not so great Roast Beef locations. This one is just ok. The Roast beef is good but the bread they put it on which I ordered a onion bun tasted old. The Roast beef itself tasted good just lacked enough sauce. I asked and paid for extra sauce and extra cheese I got what appeared to be one slice of cheese and a little bit of sauce. (I discovered this once I got home) I asked for extra sauce on the side for my fries and they tried to charge me a 1.00$ for a small container of sauce that was only half full (container looked smaller than that of the dipping sauce you get at Burger King or McDonald's). Price for a roast beef that was suppose to have extra sauce and cheese and a side of fries with NO drink cost me over 11$ with tax. So based on plenty of locations I've eaten at this was more on the expensive side for less than perfect food and quantity. It was still good and satisfying but for what I paid I rather have gone to...

The place didn't look very kept... Was old and kinda dingy... That being said.. I have to say that I have been to a lot lot lot of roast beef places and the sandwich I received from them today was the DRIEST roast beef I've EVER HAD!! I asked for extra mayonnaise EXTRA!!! HELLO!! There was nothing on there. Perhaps a teaspoon at best on a SUPER BEEF😲 The beef was good and the sandwich was a good size.. But it was the worst super size roast beef I have ever tried to choke down because of the fact that it was basically PLAIN. It would be one thing if I said just mayo ..I said EXTRA mayonnaise twice to the lady .. this is the first, and LAST TIME. I'll be visiting this place...too bad... could've been a regular customer had you not been so damn cheap with putting nothing on my sandwich when I asked for EXTRA...
