One65 Main Apartments — Local services in Cambridge

Great place to live for many reasons: • Abby from the concierge team is top-tier and simply fantastic. She has made us feel “at home” ever since our first day moving in. She’s always friendly, and we (and our dogs) feel happy every time we see her. She deserves a raise, hands down! • The rest of the concierge and leasing office is great, as well. They are all so friendly and work so hard to make us happy and feel at home. Even the maintenance staff is always friendly… Bozzuto (the managing company) clearly has a very high bar for its hirers. • Location is excellent. It’s next to the river, MGH, MIT, etc. • The gym is the best apartment gym I’ve seen so far; the weights, benches, and machines are all really high quality. The aesthetics are simple and modern (the lighting is great, which i care about a lot as a frequent gym goer). Right now, it’s never crowded • Sense of community is great. It’s decently diverse, and the people are nice. • Apartment appliances and amenities are modern and new. Really nice and comfortable living here. • Good interior design choices in the lobby and common areas. • Good views from some apartments.

Honestly can’t think of many cons (although the rent is definitely not the cheapest, it’s worth...

Super SLOW on everything! I had trouble connecting with their leasing office consecutively.

No one responded to my "book a tour" request online, so I physically went to the building hoping to speak with someone in person. The front desk told me they don’t accept walk-ins—which I respect—he was then kind enough to call the leasing office for me to check availability. No one picked up. I even called again after leaving the building—still no response.

I only received a reply after I got visibly upset at this problem and questioned the front desk when can I hear back from them, and he kindly sent a message to their internal work group to get someone from the office to respond. This is unacceptable.

I’ve applied to other apartments later than this one and already signed a lease elsewhere but this one is still under review.

At this point, I’ve given up on this application entirely. If the leasing office is this unresponsive before I even move in, I can’t imagine what it would be like to live here and rely on them for anything.

I’ve lived in multiple apartment communities and contacted over a dozen leasing offices during my search. Never have I experienced such an unprofessional and slow-moving team. Would...

I’ve been at one65 Main Street for a little over a month and my time has been nothing shy of amazing. When looking up the building I saw a few reviews about Mergimtare so I knew she would be super nice but meeting her in person and working with her I’m so impressed. I can be very particular and ask a ton of questions and sometime a bit needed :) but Mergimtare Was just so natural at managing my expectations and leaving nothing left unanswered and very organized. She was my main point of contact until the day I got my keys and she is just so pleasant to work with.

The staff here are all super friendly from the people at the concierge desk, the maintenance, the housekeeping all the way up to the leasing office. When I realized the property was buzzo managed I knew I would be nice but I’ve been blow away at how nice it’s been. Thank you one65 Main Street
