Located by the east-end of Charles River Esplanade, the bridge connects Boston and Cambridge. On the Boston side, nearby is the Teddy Ebersol's Red Sox Fields of the Boston Softball Leagues. The subway station Charles/MGH is at the foot of the bridge. There is pedestrian walkway per direction. The train is running in the middle section along the bridge. On the Cambridge side is MIT campus, and offices of companies. To the west of the bridge is Harvard Bridge, one can make a on-foot tour to cross one bridge, then follow trail along river bank and come back on the other bridge - must bring water along on a hot day.

Beautiful place, gorgeous view, and there is a mall near there too. Lots of restaurants to eat at of different cuisines. My buddy, Yazan, is a foodie and he would go crazy because there is some many places to eat at. And the great thing is you can walk off your food while going to the next local restaurant. The surrounding area is the most walkable area I’ve ever been to. How could I forget the bike rentals. They have a nice trail along the river for you to ride or walk while enjoying the scenery. Overall, visit Boston, park, walk or 🚴, and take loads of pictures. Oh and enjoy the food and scenery.

I love walking on this bridge it’s my favorite place to take a walk and just calm down and take a look at the city and the river is so beautiful especially on sunny days in the sun rays glow off of the water. The winter is always beautiful especially on the river freezes over and the summers to the sunsets are unbeatable from this vantage point.

Beautiful view of the city from this bridge. Think of it as the Brooklyn Bridge of Boston, not just because of the view. But because it is crowded too and kinda small. There's people walking, there's people taking pictures, there's people running and there's people riding bikes so be careful. Location is great since this is a very clean and safe area (unless there's construction going on) but Charles River is something you don't wanna miss and at the end of the bridge there's a park which is also great for workouts or...
