I am a religious customer and love this place but there is a worker there who disturbs me. I have spent WELL over 1k here in food and when I get to the register this lady specifically picks me out of the crowd and stands very close watching me like a hawk and then when Im done If I go hehind the glass and watch her she has already retreated away from the other customers. She isnt even hiding her breathing down my neck. Its disgusting blatant profiling after I have been coming here religiously for over a year. This isnt even subtle racism. She is an asian lady with short hair and you already know what I look like. Even Obama got this kind of treatment but I been here longer than she has so I should be treated like a customer not...

I am extremely disappointed with the quality control at this store. I have found expired products on the shelves many times—some being over three months past their expiration date! I have reported this issue to customer service and spoken to the staff in person, but nothing has been done. On my last visit, I even found food with mold.

It is unacceptable for a grocery store to consistently sell expired and moldy products. As a loyal customer, I expected more respect and better standards. This negligence is a serious health hazard, and I hope management will finally take action to...

Always loved Rouch Brothers, which this store is still part of. Great hot food bar and salad bar. I'm glad they are near MIT CAMPUS it gives me a great option for a bit to eat. They have great catering meals for the holidays. Great sandwiches ,meats, produce, and bakery are all amazing . I can't find anything negative about this place it just a bit pricey for me to be able to shop here all the time, but good quality is not cheap .
