Starbucks — Restaurant in California

I used to be a partner and was one for 3 years. I loved the atmosphere of this Starbucks and have continued to come back. However, today was a different experience. I went to order my usual and the cashier named Doni or Dana, (She was an older lady) accidentally messed up while typing in the order. No big deal, I get it. It happens. She went to re-enter it all, asking me questions to make sure she got it all. She started to get a little sassy with the way I was ordering. Thought it was strange. After the last drink was typed in, She has the audacity to tell me that I ordered everything wrong and told me I should order it a different way next time, because it was messing her up. I wasn’t the one who messed up the order in the first place. She threw me off having to reorder it. If she had used a different tone and attitude, I would have understood but she had quite the adverse response. Before I left, I had to get a new lid cause it was cracked. She saw me waiting and gave me a nasty side glance. I am very disappointed in how she treated me. I know what it is like to be a partner and I understand how some days can be rough. You never take it out on a customer. That is not the Starbucks model...

Came here a couple of days ago, not bad at all! Starbucks is one of my go to places... one of my personal favorites. Excellent food, and great coffee!!☕🥧

-inside the building you'll find yourself in a very narrow space, upon walking in further you'll enter a more open space(no claustrophobia concerns in here!), there is plenty of seating for meetings and homework studying. The atmosphere is fresh... with lots of windows for light to come in. One of the few "classy" Starbucks I've been in! Bathrooms are rather small but very clean and nice! Accommodation score: 8/10

-the drive-thru is very wide for big trucks to easily come into, and the line doesn't seem to get held up often. Drive-thru score: 7/10

the baristas were EXTREMELY nice, I'm impressed! Service score: 9/10

very good food, was well cooked and warm - (Ordered a couple sandwiches)... the drinks were nice and sweet ANNNNDDD -LOADED- with extra caramel that I did not ask for but omg it's like they know me!! 😂 anyways... Food...

I went to visit the Starbucks around 435 today and I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte and a hot vanilla crème. The vanilla crème was good, but the cinnamon dolce latte was literally the worst latte I have ever had in my life. It tasted like watered down milk with cinnamon. I don’t know if it’s just a one time thing or if they are just really bad at making the cinnamon dolce latte. Overall, I rated a two out of five because the vanilla crème was good but considering it is a coffee spot and the only coffee I ordered was not good, it has been reflected in my rating.
