Sourdough & Co. — Restaurant in California

I have given this location a chance more than 3 times now and each and every single my sandwich is wrong. Definitely double check it before leaving with it as I always do to go. I’ve ordered via the app, and then in person and each time it was missing ingredients or had the wrong ingredients. I’m not sure if they cannot read the clear receipt that states exactly what should or not be on it, as I seem to clearly be able to understand it or if they just flat out don’t care. Buyer beware. I called once because it was so off I was upset and wanted a refund as I placed my order via the app and was already too far away to go back, and I could hear the employee arguing in the back stating “he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, I made that and I made it exactly as requested”. Well obviously this wasn’t true because the receipt was clearly attached to it and the sandwich clearly contained ingredients not asked for and ones asked for but not there.

Portion sizes are also small compared to any other location I’ve been to, which I’ve seen others mention and managements response seems to just be them justifying there wrong doings instead of admitting they have clearly skimped on portions and can’t follow simple instructions. Go to any...

This place never disappoints! I recently had their Fresh Southwest Salad and the Pastrami & Turkey Sandwich and wow, the flavors were absolutely incredible. The salad was fresh, crisp, and full of bold, zesty flavor, great portion sizes and the sandwich was perfectly balanced with tender meats and that amazing sourdough bread that ties it all together. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and comfortable, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed meal. My boyfriend and I come in and we're the only customers, the workers see us and continue whatever it is they're doing. The girl comes over, answers the phone right in front of us, hangs up, rolls her eyes and says "dining in or taking it to go?" We ordered a HOT 8" garlic pesto after at least a 15 minute wait we get a cold cracked pepper turkey. I understand mistakes happen, especially if it were busy, but it wasn't whatsoever.
