My daughter ordered a pumpkin spice latte.. no pumpkin spice in her drink. I ordered half green half black tea sweetened, no water... I have never had a problem with this simple drink. Usually I am asked if I want water added... no question just added it.. and i am the one that gets the attitude when i say something no more tips until my order...

I actually went to the one off highway 69 in Prescott Valley . The guy corrected my order no questions asked. He suggest we might not have heard each other correctly. Very true, I received my hearing aids the next day. I am grateful the young man did not make it...

Closed an hour earlier than posted time. Employees weren't in the Starbucks when I came into the store, so I bought coffee from the refrigerated section and then the employees were back as I left. Lights were off, aprons were off, everything...
