well at first i was going to keep my issue personal and only do a one star review as thats the service i was given but not after an attempted bribe ill be releasing why i gave my review. I went into this verizon store with my grandma to get my grandpas new phone activated and ended up also getting myself a new phone cord and screen protector for myself. I was sold the wrong screen protector and it was installed in store so there was no way for me to know it was the wrong one initially other than the edges remaining lifted since the WRONG s.p. was installed the edges didnt curve like there supposed to for the galaxy edge i own. well my phone slipped out of my pocket and the new screen immediately shattered. Now keep in mind i had a super basic scratch resistant s.p. for over 2 years before having it replaced that i had dropped thrown and just genuine life stuff had happened to, hell my 2 puppies used my phone as a chew toy and there was still no damage other than a few punctures on the cheap s.p.. And yes i understand there designed to break thats the point of them but when ive owned almost every curved screen galaxy thats come out and i get given a flat screen protector that breaks on its 1st drop after having it on under a weak thats some major bs. Then I go in to the store and tell mick "mr god send himself (NOT)" HE TELLS ME ITS NOT HIS EMPLOYEES FAULT!!! That infact it is my fault and i must have just never been so hard on my phone before. He then instead of owning up to the mistake tries to SELL me another protector. I refuse and leave and then this morning he has the audacity to call my grandma and tell her if i change my google review and come into the store he'll give me a free screen protector. NO MICK ITS TO LATE!!! DO NOT LET MICK JUST GIVE HIMSELF A 5 STAR RATING LIKE HE DOES ON A CONSTANT BASIS. I was returning a phone that they sold me that had features I specifically said I did not want. The phone was for a child.
Mick (the manager) laughed and yelled at me In front of my younger sons and in front of 2 customers. Saying that it's not his problem if I cant control my kids! All I wanted was to return the phone. Than he says he wouldn't return it without a box. I bought the phone 15 days ago. THEY sold me the wrong phone. I was on my phone with customer service upset because of the way I was being treated as Mick and Giovanni talked about ME in front of 2 customers and my son's. When the representative on the phone settled the issue, she said she was mailing me a box to return the phone, I told the associates at the store that. The manager yells at me as I'm walking out the door DEMANDING that I give him MY cell phone so he can speak to the representative. Then shouts "don't bring that phone back here cuz I will not take it"!! I'm like what??!
