I stopped in yesterday (April 1st) with my 89 year old Father who wanted a new phone and new cellular provider. Cole was the associate working that day. He asked my Dad questions to pair him with a phone that will fit his needs but not be overly difficult We ran into an unusual problem porting over my dad’s # which is our responsibility to figure out. Cole stood by us every step of the way going above and beyond his job duties. Even speaking with the company we were getting rid of to join Cricket. He was patient with us and very knowledgeable. I felt like we became friends in that hour or more that we were there. In addition to being there, I called him before and after because questions pop in my head that I need to ask or I realize I forgot to ask. He was always eager to help. We expressed our gratitude many times to Cole. I called one more time on my way home, as I do not live in the Canonsburg area. He answered my question, I thanked him again and he said that my dad and I made his day. Cole is such a kind person and a very valuable employee. Could you please give him a raise?! So, today my Dad goes back to port my mom’s # over to cricket. lol. I’m sure it will be a much smoother transaction but I’m so glad we had an amazing employee to help us!!! I am a current Cricket customer and was looking to purchase a new phone that took great pictures. I visited two other locations locations prior to visiting the location in Canonsburg and walked out due horrible customer service. In all honesty, this was going to be my last attempt, and if I found the customer service to be just as horrible, I was ready to switch carriers. When I walked in the door, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Christian. He came out from behind the desk to talk to me, to ask what I was looking for, asked my budget, and took the time to show me different options and answered question after question. He was polite, professional, kind, funny, and knowledgeable. When I was there, he was alone and handled multiple customers at a time, making each of us feel valued. He has outstanding customer service skills and a lot of personality. YOU are VERY lucky to have such an employee. Not only did I purchase a new phone but felt like he valued my business. I just visited your canonsburg PA cricket wireless store because I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. Your employee Ian gave me top notch service. I have been in the store four or five times and this is the first encounter I had with this employee. I appreciated him so much more than your other employees at this store. He was so helpful and very patient with me as I am an older person and do not completely understand the operations of my phone. He set my new phone perfectly and I appreciate his expertise.
