Old Soul Tattoo — Local services in Canonsburg

Seemed like a good place walk in take to several folks got told I needed an appointment which is fine was referred to 3 different people till some one said the had an idea how to do what I wanted. Ok from there is where it really headed down hill I was asked for 50 dollars to book an appointment so I did. An hour later I had double withdrawn from my account in "holding" ok most of use have seen this befor but just to be sure I called the shop and said what's the deal? I got a little smart ass telling me to call my bank cause there the one with the hold. Not being that stupid I replyed with my bank doesn't care. It's more likely the credit card company POS that old soul tattoo uses after finally getting to admit this he says will I can just do a refund but you may or may not have an appointment then. It's been about 12 hours and I still have a 100 dollar hold and now no appointment. Very very poor customer service they all may be very nice but not concerned about...

This place spoke to me when I saw it. Turned out to be a compulsive decision on a tattoo I wanted to have for a long time. So I looked up the tattoo artists on their website, checked out Nick Leombruno’s Instagram too. Knew Nick was the guy, he had examples of the small art on his profile I was looking for. He drew my design by hand. Created fine detail on it. He was so great with explaining all of it since it was the first tattoo for me. He did a great job all the way around. The person working the front desk greeted me super nice and friendly considering I was a walk-in. The place is very clean, the artists are professional, their wall of work on display is impressive! I went in to get a quote and they threw out a $400 figure for something the size of a hand... I already overpaid for my first tattoo, and I just feel like people try to take advantage of me because I'm not covered in tats or very experienced with them yet. But I know that $400 is not a fair price even for great work. Also I told the guy I wanted a sleeve, and he kinda made a know-it-all comment "I wouldn't recommend just throwing a sleeve together, it should flow better than that". Like dude I have one tat. I'm just trying to get the second, lol. No throwing the thing together about the matter, just me telling you what I want next. Your opinion...
