I went to autozone to get a new battery and had it put in on Thursday November 30, and it was put in wrong because a 2 days days later my car wouldnât start when i went to a gas station to get gas, so i had someone come help me and look at the battery and it was loose and not put in correctly. I wasnât even mad about that, i just wanted to take it back to auto zone and get it fixed and thatâs where the problem started on December 2nd there was a woman working there in the morning when i went around 10:00. She was the most miserable, rude, condescending person iâve ever encountered. When i told her my problem she said okay??? and I said can you help me? and She said what battery brand and make did you get? I said Iâm not sure and she literally laughed in my face. So I said well arenât you able to look at it and tell?? and she ignored me and went and grabbed her cart to go outside with the tools and she came out with the cart and just said âgo pop your hoodâ in the rudest way and then she looked at my battery and fixed it but didnât speak a word to me or tell me what was going on with it then said âstart itâ and then it started and she gave me a thumbs up and a dirty look and walked away. She made it seem like I was giving her the biggest inconvenience of her life and I will never come back...
   Read moreHonestly, Iâm disappointed. We were on our way to a funeral in bad weather conditions when my wiper failed on me. Stopped by here fast figuring Iâd have some help. I have a â22 and theyâre a little different than the usual wiper blade for whatever reason. The computer popped up that they didnât have anything specific to replace them, and basically let me know I have to go to the dealership. The dealership was useless and said they had no idea what size my blades are (my manual doesnât mention it either!) and here I was sitting in the parking lot stressed and worried we would miss the funeral. We went to NAPA, and they got us a blade. Just a basic rainX with different adaptors included so it would fit my â22.

   Read moreWent there on Wednesday afternoon to get my battery tested. Employee at the counter assisted with testing the battery and indicated the battery was bad. I opted to get a replacement battery and requested the battery to be installed. I paid for the new battery at the counter. The employee attempted to install the new battery but couldnât use tools to install the new battery. A second employee came out and asked the first employee if he knew how to use tools. The second employee asked me if I wanted to take the battery elsewhere to be installed or if I wanted a refund and to try and go to Advanced Auto Parts. I opted for the refund and went to Advanced Auto Parts and they helped me out. Would not recommend...
