I will always be recommending this shop to anyone looking for a welcoming space. The staff is always fantastic and kind to everyone who enters. They are always well stocked on everything metaphysical you need and they have extensive knowledge about any questions you might have. My personal favorite feature of the shop ( besides their adorable shop cat Lulu 🐈), is their vast majority of crystals they have. The display is absolutely beautiful and very well organized which makes it easy to find what you need. Lastly you can really feel the love this business has for their community. They host many community events every month that you can find on their calendar. Every event I have been to has been so kind and comfortable and I have always left with the feeling of acceptance and the gift of insightful new knowledge. I also really love how supportive this business is of other businesses in the community, I have been introduced to so many new places I never knew about. Over all this shop is full of love and should definitely be one...

Was there today. 40 minutes before closing. My wife wandered the store and was clearly picking up items to purchase.

Unknown to us, they closed 5 minutes prior to my wife walking up to the register. Whereupon the person behind the counter informed us they had closed out the register and we couldn't make our purchase.

The counter person weakly offered they thought we were with a group who was meeting at the business despite the fact that we were clearly shopping and never spoke to anyone in the group.

To be fair, the counter person was distracted with a few friends hanging around the store so I guess they just weren't paying attention to the customers who were coming in.

While they did offer to hold our items, we're rarely in Cannonsburg. We ended up having to put our items back ourselves.

Very disappointed in the help offered and the customer service. We love supporting small businesses but this one clearly didn't want our business. We ended up getting the items we were trying to purchase...

This shop owner, Jenn, is very welcoming and encourages people to come in, browse the crystals and other unique merchandise, sit and relax, and even offers free coffee/tea, and generally allows use of the rest room. I was in the shop this weekend during October fest. The store was very busy with lots of customers, adults and children (a good thing). The owner brought in extra Tarot readers during the event to allow for walk-in readings. When a reading was underway the store staff was limited and very busy helping customers. Considering the restroom is in the back of the store, through a store room, I can see it would be very difficult to keep track of people going into the store room during large events (lots of children were running all over when I was there).
