Craft Collective Salon — Local services in Canonsburg

I hope this review helps out any and all women who are considering using this salon. Until recently, I have been a long time client at Craft Collective. I've been seeing KAYLA QUINN and I cannot emphasize this enough, beware!!! This is a stylist who is incredibly immature and inexperienced. I've been getting my hair colored for 25 years and have never had such a terrible experience. You will need to continually give her praise on how much you love your hair or she will not be happy and take it personally. You will need to schedule all of your appointments through instagram DM's with her which is challenging for a busy, professional person. Prices are outrageous - for a simple toner and leaving with your hair wet it is $80. My best advice for her would be to find employment at a salon that's better for her skillset, she's not ready to work with the grown adults and handle complex...

I had my hair done by Selena! She is the best ever! I wanted a color correction that I wasn’t happy with from another salon because it was too warm for me and really streaky, not natural looking at all and not the colors I asked for at the other salon. Selena took the time to talk with me about what I was looking for and she really achieved it far above my expectations because I wasn’t sure what could be done to fix it. Selena perfected it and now I have the cool blonde tones that I wanted. Not to mention that it looks so natural. The staff. The salon. The decor. The atmosphere. You will truly never find a better salon in the area. Selena has been doing my color for years. She is truly an artist and can achieve any look you give her. She also doubles as a mind reader because half the time I don’t think I’m properly explaining what I want but she always nails it and exceeds my expectations.
