The Gyro Place — Restaurant in Canonsburg

This is hands down one of the worst food that I’ve ever eaten in my life how any such place like this have 4.5 stars is truly beyond me , & the prices we’re outrageous 2 gyros for 40$ I honestly wouldn’t even care if the food was good I legit took 2 bites and me and my friend threw the food in the trash right away , it should be absolutely illegal that this store is open absolutely garbage food this man should be arrested for ever allowing to sell such poison chicken came out after being frozen since 1973 and the vegetables been in his fridge since 07 his tzatziki is Caesar dressing & he’s been dishing out the same pitas that his grandpa had in the storage from 97 like I can’t believe how someone could ever disrespect there gods given body with this...

CALL FIRST ABOUT THEIR HOURS! BUT... the food is D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S. and MAN what portions! The love put into this food is more than apparent. I left a bad review earlier because I was upset that their hours were posted as one thing on Google and, when we called an hour before they were supposed to close, we got no answer, only the message "machine is off". I'm glad I gave them another chance! It seems, at the moment, it's mostly a "one-man band", and just one man can only do so much. But what he does is flippin' delicious!...

Love this place! The owner is super friendly. The gyros and grape leaves are fantastic! When my grandmother was on hospice in Pittsburgh we ordered pickup from here and got stuck in traffic on 79 for over an hour. When we called to tell him we would be late to pickup our food he said that he would stay open late if he had to to make sure we got our food. We got there before he closed but that just really made us feel like he cares about...
