As soon as my insurance changes I’m looking for a new PCP office. This place is so unprofessional, and their phone menu system is terrible. If I want to talk to an actual human I have to act like I’m getting a refill for a controlled substance. The hold time is always so long, the people who answer always rush me and talk over me and refuse to listen. I tried to get my rescue inhaler refilled on September 30th because mine was broken and they told me to have my pharmacy fix it, which they couldn’t do. I was without an inhaler for a MONTH before getting a new one. I also use a daily inhaler, and I’m supposed to use it twice a day. By the time they allowed me to refill it, i had five puffs left. The whole time I had been using it once a day because I knew there was no way I’d have enough to use it twice a day. I’m glad I did that. The people who answer phones always have an attitude (except a woman named Rhonda, she was very sweet and felt bad for how I was treated). Very sad😫 very frustrating 😞 this location was supposed to be my savior. I was so happy when this location opened I had been a patient at the Cecil office for 16+ years but had moved to Eighty-four. I was excited to have a location closer to me with a lab. My excitement was dashed when I found out that residents were the primary doctors. It was ok at first for kids, physicals, lab work and such but the constant rotation of the doctors soon lost out on me. I needed a doctor that was familiar with me and my children and our need that the comfort of having a doctor that knew US brang. The past two years (2023 & 2024) have been the worst, they are closed for lunch, don't return phone calls, now it's 5 days to get back to you. That's absolutely absurd. You are better off going to the emergency room. I've been reading the reviews and find them revolting. I don't know how this place stays open. I love this office. I have Dr. Michael Zanic and I have never had a doctor that sat down and took his time with me like he did. He has the greatest personality, truly cares for you, wants to do everything he can to make you get better and or feel better. I feel so comfortable with him it's like I known him for years. The staff are very kind, considerate and professional. This practice is #1 the best. Thank you to the person who answers the phone to the nurse, appointment maker, to the office manager for making me feel special and so welcome for the warmth you all give.
