I have encountered the worse AT&T experience these past couple of days! They do not know how to treat their loyal, longtime customers a good quality customer service. I was recently told by my providers that I was being charged for about 4 months for a phone I never had! After what took days and long phone conversations with about 5 different people from AT&T and even customer relations, I was finally told why I was being charged for something I never had in my possession. Apparently they lied to me, they gave me false information, and charged me for something I don't have. I guess they had a old manager that knew nothing about the place she worked and screwed me over. I was told that if I turned in my IPhone (gold) and paid what I had to upfront, I could be done and over with that phone, and can get a new phone which was a IPhone 6s. Apparently the old manager they had lost my trade in phone. I was told they do not know where it currently is and that somebody is currently using it! So I am paying for a phone that somebody else has, which is ridiculous. I then was told that they had also lied to me about my upgrade. They told me that I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone, but than was told my upgrade was actually for a different phone and was charged for it, they never even cared to share that information with me, and charge me for it anyway. This has been by far the worse encounter with them, and sad to say this was not the only bad encounter I have had with them. I am now in the process of trying to switch my companies. It truly is sad when you are lied to and disrespected for trying to figure out why you are paying for something you don't have in your possession. I repeat this has been the breaking point for me!!!! They have lost all my current and future services...
Read moreI had the esteemed pleasure of being waited on by this young man who works here by the name of Cameron. He went the extra mile to find solutions for all my wireless needs, even the issues I didn’t even know existed. My father has wanted a smart watch for some time now and I’ve always elected against it. I always elected against it until Cameron educated me on the various uses for the watch and demonstrated how it would be both helpful and fun to have. He showed me how to use the Walkie-Talkie Feature as well as the “ping your phone” feature. He educated me on the the Apple ID backtrack where it allows to you backtrack to your last known apple location no matter what. He even showed me how to pair the watch to my phone for my self and my father and put in the medical ID information so in the event of a fall when I’m not around the watch will ask my father if he’s ok and if he doesn’t respond by default it’ll send EMS. Thank you SO MUCH Cameron. You took the time to educate me and entertain as well. If you need a new AT&T store come to this one. You need a phone guy go see Cameron....
Read moreQuarry was amazing and took the time to make my order right. I ordered 2 new phones from the Ford Rd. store, barely any communication from the girl who sold us our phones. Unaware they were going to come via UPS the next day. I knew I wasn’t going to be home, so they shipped the phones back to the warehouse. It took 3 weeks but Qarry called AT&T to make sure things I’d get my phones. When my daughter and I picked up our phones, Qarry saw us coming and had the phones out waiting for us. Lamya set our phones up, deleted our old phones and was very polite and helpful with everything. I highly recommend the Michigan Ave. store over the Ford Rd. one. Oh ya.. and Ford Rd. had 5 people standing around doing nothing, while begging for someone to help is. Qarry was there by himself on my first visit and he was more than...
