Very disappointing interaction with the pick up order worker. I thought I hit the driving button on my app for my pick up order. (The app by the way reminds you next time to let them know you’re coming. It also delays you from letting them know you’re there and what spot you’re in if you arrive without hitting the button) I waited patiently and it didn’t feel very long at all (even if it had taken long, I would not have been upset since I am the one who forgot to hit the traveling button on my app) I was very polite to the worker who approached. She then proceeded to immediately have an attitude with me and lecture me because I did not tell them I was coming. Saying she’s not sure if my location is shut off but that I need to hit it BEFORE (yes she emphasized) leaving my house and that’s why it took so long to get my order (again I did not say a word about how long it took nor was I rude in anyway) I told her I understood and I wasn’t upset with how long I had to wait. She then scoffed and said “right”. I also got out and had her hand my bags to me and placed them in my car as I also ordered a tv and wanted to make sure there was room. It was an honest mistake forgetting to hit the traveling button on my app and there was absolutely no reason for her to be so rude to me. I won’t do pick up orders at this...

I had a really disappointing experience at this Target. I spent quite a bit of time wandering around the tech department with no representative in sight. After waiting and looking around for help, I finally walked over to the front registers, where the employees were loudly venting about who gets to go on break and how exhausted they were—right in front of waiting customers.
When I politely expressed concern about the lack of assistance in tech, one employee looked at me like I was making it up and said, “Well I’m here now, aren’t I?”—as if my experience didn’t matter or I was lying. It was rude and dismissive.

Read moreI don’t know everyone’s names - wish I would’ve grabbed em - but I do know Tyler was working in electronics with two other guys (one lightskin and middle aged with glasses and the other brown skin, tall, and a younger adult). Sir Glasses noticed I was having trouble in an aisle and he offered his assistance. He not only helped me to the right aisle but also was pivotal in getting a great price for what I needed. Side note: two kids playing a demo called out for his attention but he kindly told them to wait as he helped me - bonus points. Tyler rang me up in the electronics section which was a plus due to the line up front. And he agreed on the sweet deal Sir Glasses and I found. Young Adult rang me up when I eventually had to come back for another item and followed the same course of courtesy that’s much appreciated at Target stores. 10/10 review...
