Kickers All Star Grill — Restaurant in Canton Township

The worst experience and food I've ever had was at this establishment. There was 1 server working alone but only 2 tables, us and another. Took forever to place our order, once our food came it was less than fair. My fish was like a hockey puck, fries undercooked. My son's bacon was raw on his burger. My mom and sister had fajitas that were charbroiled and stuck to the skillet. We were never offered drink refills. My 2 year old spit the food out and said yucky mommy, that says alot! I expressed my concern about the food that at this point was uneaten and the server had attempted to call a manager to discount the food but she reported that they didn't answer. As we walked out there was a strong order of marijuana and as I looked toward the smell there was the cook and 2 other gentleman getting high outside the kitchen door. I am disgusted, I would never recommend this place to anyone! After working all day, attending son's evening game, wasting 2 hours I left hungry and very, very fraustrated. the wait staff was stretched thin, but hustled hard to take care of our large party of a dozen+ guests. food was good, ranch dressing was a bit watery but tasted alright. had half of the restaurant seating closed off and we were crowded and shared a long table (we occupied two long tables) with another small family at one point until they left. hope they didn't feel smothered. I would have added another star if manager had seated us in the closed section. I've encountered this before at bars and restaurants where they have a whole section closed because they say they don't have the wait staff assigned to it. Food served without silverware had to ask for it. There’s an additional fee to pay with a cc. If you pay in cash apparently change is not given. I was given whole dollars only. Not sure where this is acceptable. If the establishment keeps all the change that’s a lot of unreported revenue. Yeah, it matters to me!! It’s my money and I want it now!!
