I went to this store after visiting about a week before trying to purchase a Wandavision Funko Halloween moment figure but was met with a USCAN prompt that said “cannot sell until 12 AM, 9/9”. The team member told me I could come back that day and purchase the item. So I returned that day and was frustrated to be met with the same response. They transferred me to a manager by the name of Annie who is a human of complete apathetic heartlessness. Especially concerning her computer system wasting my time as well as the cost of expensive transit gas to leave the store with nothing. She shifted all blame to anyone but herself telling me “vendors put these out early” even though it was completely illogical because their system was what was defective. Annie did not want to hear she was handling this situation completely poorly or acknowledge any inconvenience this caused one of her loyal customers. I have worked in retail and I can tell you that sometimes the customer is admittedly not right. In this circumstance though, they totally made me feel uncomfortable like I was trying to be a criminal by getting an item their own system said could be sold on September 9th, the day I was there. It’s completely unacceptable and I will be shopping elsewhere, as well as telling my friends to do the same. I contacted customer service regarding the manager Annie after she offered ABSOLUTELY NO REMEDY for the frustration I endured. A store credit gift card toward the next trip of ANY value? No. A manual override of her systems mistake? No. (She said she would be fined for selling an item the day the system said the item could be sold. Can you think of anything more ridiculous? I can’t) A free beverage at her concession stand? Nope not even that. There is dirt that is treated more respectively then I was. I would not recommend shopping here if you want a store that actually accommodates customers and isn’t totally useless when it comes to implementing the most basic of decency standards. Annie is one of the worst managers that a store could want to represent them. Should this store continue to treat its customers so poorly I can’t see it staying open. There are plenty more retails stores and Target stores honestly that don’t represent the emotionless irresponsibility that is the defining trademark...
Read moreI went to Target yesterday. Three of the items I scanned on the Target app came up as a cheaper price. But when I got to the register, they rang up as a higher price. The man that rang me up, explained to me that they were online prices. He did do a price match but they still did not come up as such. He did allow me the cheaper price for the cheapest item but I could tell he really did not want to give me the cheaper price for all three. So, I told him to take one of the items off and I'll pay full price for the other. It's unfortunate that I had to leave without one of my items and the I did not want to hold up the line which was already ridiculously long. If a customer is using the app and the item(s) come up as a particular price (even an online price), the customer should be allowed to have that price. It comes off as deceptive and dishonest on the Target brand. I see that the Target brand does not want to lose a few dollars but it's not as if Target is hurting over a few dollars....

We were not only impressed by the product, but also the immense about of help we received from Timi, Amy, and another associate who was a male. They took the time to get to know Keith and I and understand what we were looking for in a patio set. From there, they gave us the recommendation of a set that we ultimately decided to purchase. They carefully gathered all of the product from the back and then helped load it into our cars.
My favorite part of the entire experience was that Amy was actually working in the grocery aisle but saw that we needed help and stopped her current task to make sure she gave us the best service possible. We were treated like guest’s in her home.
