I shopped at the Canton store on Saturday April 5, 2025 early in the day, at about 10:30 am. To my dismay, upon entering the store no employee greeted me. As I made my way back to the cash registers where two employees where standing, neither greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. At the time, there was only one other customer in the store and I know both employees saw me. Even if the employees were engaged in other duties like inventory or some other function, at a minimum, they should greet all customers. I find this unacceptable and quite rude. In the day and age when brick and mortar stores are going out of business, customer service should be a key focus. When I found the items I was looking for (without the assistance of the employees), the two employees had a conversation with each other in front of me stating that they "hated the store" due to some computer issue they were discussing during my transaction. This is unprofessional. I spent nearly $400 that day, if I hadn't needed the items for an event later in the day I wouldn't have purchased anything after being treated as if I were invisible.    Read moreI purchased a pair of shorts for my grandson for graduation from M Den. They were sent by a 3rd party and Amazon. They didnât fit and they would not allow me to return because it was past 30 days. All I wanted to do was exchange and after two emails and going to 2 stores that were closed, I went to Rally House. The manager from the Canton Store on Michigan Ave was so kind. She looked it up and was able to see that they sell it there. She gave me a gift receipt for the $90 for my grandson to come and purchase whatever he wants. I will be ordering all my sport items from Rally House. It was such a pleasure working with her. I was in retail working with Disney and we were told the customer is always right. Thank you...
