Bought $5000 worth of merchandise including a Serta mattress, it was bad, the store allowed us to pick a replacement, it failed as well, very frustrated and not able to sleep, we bought another mattress from another place which has been perfect, but the issue remains we have a faulty mattress, so they agree to give us a floor sample, and that’s fine however when it is delivered, it has several large stains, obviously not the one we agreed to take! In addition the delivery men came back and cut the tags off so we have no further course of action! The tags should only be removed when a mattress is sealed faulty! So proceed with caution when dealing with this business, they appear to be interested in taking care of their customers but I don’t think getting a pee stained, dirty bed for a $1500 credit is good customer service. It is certainly not the one I saw or chose. I highly recommend you drive to Dallas or Tyler and do business with a reputable company. Further post to follow!!!! Read moreOrdered a Lazy. Boy love seat in March. Delivery was supposed to be 4-6 weeks but could possibly be up to 9 weeks. No contact from the store 6 weeks later so I called. I was told that the log book could not be found and I would receive a call back. No call back ever came. I called them a few days later. I was told that my furniture would be leaving the manufacturer on June 3rd. Got a call last week saying delivery time between 9-12 today, June 13th. Got a call earlier today asking for directions. I asked about delivery time. I was told that I would be be given a call back in a few minutes. Two hours later, I called them. Now delivery is supposed to be between 2-5. Read moreI just had someone at Hillards hang up on me. She was rude could not answer any questions correctly. But when she did they were wrong. We bought 2 chairs 4/22 during Pandemic. We were told on one of the chairs 6-8 weeks at the most. One was delivered to us same day. We thought what great service. We spent $4098.35 still no chair we are in 9th week. The girl on the phone could not tell me when manager would be there she said she wasn’t her secretary wow to talk to me or call me back. I myself if I didn’t know I would have called to find out.
