I had a very upsetting experience at the Marcās Pharmacy on Cleveland Avenue on September 28, 2025.
The Marcās app clearly showed that my prescription was filled and ready for pickup. I also confirmed by phone the week prior that it would be ready. When I arrived, the technician, Stephanie, was kind, professional, and respectful. She looked at the app on my phone with me, acknowledged the issue, and genuinely tried to help.
Unfortunately, when the supervising pharmacist became involved, the situation escalated. He refused to look at the information I was showing him, repeatedly talked over me, and even threw my phone back at me. He then threatened to call 911 if I didnāt leave, instead of explaining or resolving why the system showed my prescription as ready but they could not locate it.
For comparison, I was able to pick up another prescription during the same visit with no issueāboth had been sent in by my doctor at the same time.
While I appreciate Stephanieās professionalism, the pharmacistās behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and hostile. No patient calmly seeking clarification about their medication should be threatened with police involvement.
This was a humiliating and distressing experience, and I will be escalating the matter to Marcās corporate and the Ohio Board...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give half a star I would. I ordered 41 lunches for sonās Lacrosse team. The ad on the website shows the sandwich, chips apple, potato salad AND cheesecake. I ordered 41! And asked to hold the potato salad. They all came sealed in brown paper bags and I could not see all the details of the lunch at all and I trusted Marcās to provide what they advertised. None of the lunches had the cheesecake as advertised and had dry muffins instead. NO ONE from Marcās called me or emailed me to say they didnāt have cheesecake but muffins which would have allowed me the choice to cancel and buy elsewhere. All they cared about was the money and not the quality of their own service. I filed a complaint and their attorney responded saying they did call me. Laughable. I called them first and their customer relations person Jennifer assured me that the head of the catering would call me and to take her info down of that didnāt happen. Well it didnāt happen, despite what their attorney notes on his response. I reached out again on Facebook and Jennifer left me a voicemail. I have yet to hear from the catering department. All lies. This business is a huge chain but has weak links on their truthfulness. Thank God Giant Eagle still understand customer service. I will never again give one red...

Tried to use an electric one because Iām pregnant but I guess they werenāt charged and no one could help me. Goes to check out with BARB and she could care less about keeping her line moving. Sheās just chatting and catching up with her friend like Iām invisible. The customer been paid and sheās still talking to her which felt like 10 minutes. Itās our turn finally and Barb puts none of our groceries in bags and just slings them on the table. Taking her precious time and only starts moving fast when another customer comes up behind us. Then she finally bags my last item just to throw the receipt in the bag and throw the bag at me as if Iām holding up the line. I feel discriminated against for my condition like she didnāt want to serve me and I know Marcās is known for hiring workers with...
