Rustic Trades was a delight from start to finish. I can't explain fully how happy I was to stumble upon them via a random Google search after 2 months of failed big box furniture shopping. Once I found them, I was more than happy to go to the showroom and meet Kasey and the team. It took me less than five minutes to know that I had found my company. Turnaround from payment until delivery took time, but I was told that upfront and the communication over the 60 days was regular, so that I knew my order wasn't lost in the shuffle. I think the real coup was the actual delivery day. I bought this solid cherry farm table from Rustic Trades Furniture in November, 2011. It has been and will always be the centerpiece of our home. It's been the families favorite piece of furniture and I know my kids will be fighting over it when I am gone. The table’s leg supports became loosened during my recent move. We just received our beautiful custom walnut table and sideboard from Rustic Trades. The pieces are stunning, and the quality of the craftsmanship is second to none.
