CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Cape Girardeau

I have never seen such a dysfunctional pharmacy. I pick up the same prescription every 3 weeks and I kid you not for over a year they continue to have no idea why I'm there or what I am supposed to be picking up. I then proceed to wait 20 minutes while they claim to "fix" the problem in their system and the same thing happens every single time. After over a year of dealing with this I continue to give them more chances to do better because other CVS locations are excellent service. The cape girardeau CVS is by far the worst experience I have had and I can not wait to find a new location...

CVS has become just as bad as Walgreens. We sat in line for 20 minutes. A customer two cars ahead of us took over 15 minutes of that time while the guy ahead of us and our service took less than 2 minutes.
