I drive to Mo. from my home in Illinois and I always stop and get some of these great ribs. Bu not tonight. First mistake, I ordered a salad as one of my sides only to be charged $2.50 extra because I guess getting croutons on it with a pink tomato makes it a super salad. I ordered the large rib dinner which is supposed to have 6 ribs. There were 4 good ribs and a piece of something which I am guessing was the end of something that was supposed to count for 2 ribs. Oh well... Then I ordered 4 cold sides at $25 a side and asked them to cut them in half so they would fit in my cooler. The lady told me they could not do that. What she didn't know is I was going to double that order but when she said they could not take 3 minutes and cut them in half for me I just ordered the sides that my friend wanted. That cost them a hundred dollars real fast. The ribs themselves were above average in taste but had more fat on them than I have ever seen. May have been the end of rib cage or just fatty for some reason. I can tell you this, I will go back but if this happens again I will find myself another bbq joint to cater to when I pass thru several times a year. Won't let one bad trip stop my business with...
Read moreI had a terrible experience today. I went on my lunch break and only had 30 minutes. I was in line for 15 minutes after ordering. I called inside because I needed to get back to work and was told by the girl that the person in front of me had an issue with their food. Meanwhile, cars are backed up in the drive thru, so can't you have the car pull up to get to the other customers. So the girl tells me that I can come in. I said I don't have a mask. She said it's ok you don't need one to come in!! Then I really knew I wasn't going. They were not very accommodating with the situation, so needless to say I left without getting anything. I spoke to the manager who only explained to me what happened with the car in front of me. They need a better way to handle things...

I gave them a lot of moeny over the years for catering meetings no more after such bad service and unprofessional manager, Ciara. Not one time did the manager apologized for not giving me all my foord I ordered. I had a similar issue with another restaraunt who reacted much differently. The manager come out to my car apologized for the mistake and gave me a free desert for my wait. That is customer service and valueing their customers is about.
